    This is the Gold Road version of LibSkillsFactory. LibSkillsFactory serves as an interface to ESO's skill API in order to create an in-game skill builder for managing multiple character builds.

    Note: Users of SuperStar do not need to download this library, since its latest version is always included in Superstar.

    Added support for Scribing system
