NEW Features: Guild Statistics, configurable in Settings and viewable in your in-game Guild Roster panel. Also, scanning has been significantly smoothed; I'm now able to set Continuous Scanning to 60 seconds with little or no skipping, so give it a try.

(Currently working on polishing these description pages).

ddShopkeeper is my continuation of Khaibit's Shopkeeper. Yes, I'm aware other folks have other versions, and that's fine--but ddSK is the one I maintain and actively support (same as all my addons; I've been playing and coding since beta, and have no plans to ever leave Tamriel). You may experience conflicts, crashes, or get kicked for "spamming" if you use my addons simultaneously with any other addons that work with guild history (sales history, guild bank history, etc.)--Millus and I have published a library here on ESOUI (LibGuildHistory, below) that will resolve this for any addons that use it, but I'm not aware of any other addons that DO use it. Bug the authors about it so they can make their mods play nice with mine.

NOTE: Requesting data for all your guilds takes upwards of 10 mins, every time you log in and out. Until then, you're gonna see spinny in the ddShopkeeper window, and your guild history tab will be temporarily disabled by LibGuildHistory. This is normal. Turn on debug messages if you want details on what ddShopkeeper is doing.

PLEASE explore the Settings menu. I have settings for nearly everything that I can reasonably make configurable, and many things are on or off by default.

The Settings menu also features a shiny "RESET" button at the very top of the panel. This is now the same as the RESET button in the ddShopkeeper window. The RESET button in the Settings menu is in all my addons now, and its SOLE purpose is to restore the addon from any bugs, conflicts, crashes, etc. due to the saved variables files. If that sounds like a lot of nonsense, just remember this: RESET = "It Works Now!" (if the bug persists, or it doesn't work, file a bug report on this webpage).

This is an odd situation because 1) I emailed him a fixed one over 2+ wees ago! 2) I publicly posted a fix in the link above and 3) Garkin suggested a fix in this thread.

One would have to assume hes too busy with DD to fix this.

I have a doctors apt for minor surgery today (it's NOTHING) so no best wishes or anything!

If it's not fixed when I get back then I will upload to this addon as an alt file the "Fixed Version"

I don't want to step on any toes here but, if anyone is looking for something to keep their data long term and offline then drop me a PM. My understanding is that Deome is only keeping this alive and compatible with dd. By default you will only get a revolving 30 days max with Shopkeeper. Plus, I do not believe the tool tip issues were fixed (Deome my apologies if I got this wrong). I have something in beta that is now by invite only that fills this void. I guess "invite only" isn't correct - by "request only" is maybe a better way to put it. Either way drop me a PM if interested. However I only have 2 items right now in my history. I put the new Deome's version in it's own folder, then disabled the original. Even though I had history after the patch in the original, even if I swap back now the history is gone and I only have 2 itmes. In the last version of shopkeeper there was the option to keep a large amount of history, I believe mine showed 4000 in the history size, In this version that seems limited to 30. I'm not sure what that 30 represents but is that part of the issue?

baratron Forum posts: 1 File comments: 30 Uploads: 0	After getting very confused and grumpy because Minion said my add-ons were up to date, but in fact it was only 'updating' people to the last version of Khaibit's Shopkeeper, I downloaded this new Deome's Shopkeeper and deleted the old one. I loaded ESO, Shopkeeper ran a check on my Guild Stores, and I thought it was now working. I was wrong. As soon as I switched character, I got inundated with UI errors and found that my Shopkeeper history had vanished. I believe the problem is with using Account-Wide Settings. As soon as i chose to do so, I started to get UI errors, e.g. I'm not sure what Wykkyd's Mailbox has to do with anything (although I likely use Account-Wide Settings with it too, come to think of it). I read that error message as suggesting there's some sort of clash between the two add-ons. Anyway, more UI errors occurred on switching character: And I found that, although Shopkeeper had run for my first character, my second character did not have access to the history: Even odder was the fact that now I have TWO files in my SavedVariables folder. A large Shopkeeper.lua file which, when I search it manually in a text editor, shows all nine of those sales. And a small ddShopkeeper.lua file which only contains that one sale. Also, if you look at the datestamps, it is clear that the large Shopkeeper.lua file was written when I logged in my first character, whereas the small ddShopkeeper.lua file was written later, when I switched. It seems fairly clear to me that the problem is that by choosing Account-Wide Settings, Deome's Shopkeeper is trying to look at/write to files relating to the old Khaibit's Shopkeeper. So I think I can get the new Deome's Shopkeeper running correctly if I don't use Account-Wide Settings, but this is a pain in the backside since I have several characters and like to use the exact same setup with each. Not least of all because the default font for the Shopkeeper history is the ugliest thing since Comic Sans!
