It's only 1 button which will mark all shown items as junk (respecting ItemSaver and FCOItemSaver settings as usual) if you are at the vendor sell tab.
It will unmark all shown items (items marked with ItemSaver and FCOItemSaver won't be respected here! So all items, marked or not, will be removed from the junk!) if you are at the vendor's sell tab, and there at the "junk" tab in your inventory.

-Added option to support FCO ItemSaver's different icons and panel settings (Anti-destroy, Anti-Mail, Anti-Trade, etc.).
If you enable this setting the adodn will even sell items marked for selling, deconstruct items marked for deconstruction, etc. It uses the settings for each Anti-* setting from the FCOIS settings menu.
So deconstructing an item that is marked for deconstruction and for selling, and the option to "allow deconstruction of items marked for deconstruction + other marker icons" is active, the item will be deconstructed.

-Fixed a bug with the "Add all" button at the player 2 player trading. Due to game functions it will still behave strange sometimes if you manually remove items from your trading offer, after you have used the "Add all" button.

Attention:
1) If you try to decontruct/refine more than 100 times setup a 250+ delay int he settings (otherwise the game will disconnect you for spamming!)
2) Do not mouseover the inventory item list while it is deconstructing by addon - you will get lags!

:-) As I said I couldn't test it without the game. Fixed now (hopefully). The "Extract all" button should be shown on the refinement tab too now.

i cant see any keybind when i open Refine tab, like with Deconstructuon
also when i push hotkey for it, - nothing happends

Just had a few minutes time to code something. But I wasn't able to test it ingame.
Please try the following version, if it allows to "refine all" too now.
