Re: Re: Bug - With Change Mount: preset for zone, set to ON - If mounted
"Zone: battlegrounds (id/parent:510/849), subZone: -ALL-" "Zone: battlegrounds (id/parent:514/514), subZone: -ALL-" "Zone: battlegrounds (id/parent:512/512), subZone: -ALL-" The message may be different in different BGs. I can add as i find them. Some BGs (a very few) you can mount in, most you can't.

Re: Bug - With Change Mount: preset for zone, set to ON - If mounted
Battelgrounds:
Not sure what you mean here. Do you get any error message from FCOMounty here? Are you able to mount in Battlegrounds? If not: You shouldn't have any problems here as long s you get no error message. If you get one, tell me the error please so I'm able to help. I cannot read mind or see the future ![]()
It can only work this way: It should unmount you on selecting the other collection mount, and then as you mount again on the new mount it will update it to the current zone. Unmounting and selecting another collection WITHOUT mounting on the new mount wont change anything as the addon needs the trigger "mount" for it (not unmount and do something with collections; could even be you do something with a colleciton which is no mount at all ![]()
The total zone checkbox is only meant to work for the selected mounts within the LAM settings of the addon! I could add it to react on manual changes as well but need to check this. And currently I got no time to invent new features, sorry. PTS needs a lot of time to check if addons will work after next update already and I haven't played for about 2 weeks now ![]() |

Bug - With Change Mount: preset for zone, set to ON - If mounted
If i'm mounted and I manually go to collections and select a different mount - the change does not take.
I'f i'm not mounted then do a manual change - the change is set for the add-on as expected. - EXCEPT it will only do it for the SUBZONE. That is its ignoring the option "-All-: Use this mount for all subzones: ON". Although perhaps this last bit is a misunderstanding of what is intended...

BattleGrounds
What behavior should i expect in BGs? I disabled this a while ago because in BGs i was getting errors - and the game seems to wig out occasionally when addons do things upon load of a BG area.

For those of you who do not want to edit the files manually and do not want to see the message in total just disable the "Debug" settings of FCO Mounty now.
If you feel you would like to collect the error messages one day, and tell me what zonedata is missing, just enable the debug settings again and only send me the lines starting with Code:
>Zone: ...

Wow, thanks for the quick update! It's working perfectly again. I've got debug mode on and will definitely post anymore missing data I find.

Just released an updated version, thanks for letting me know.
Please enable the new "Debug" setting within the FCOMOunty settings menu (chat command is /fcoms) so you'll see those chat messages again.

![]() EDIT: I just noticed the ZOS typo. When I fixed it manually in the lua file the message went away. LOL @ dev typos ![]()

Thanks for the kind words.
The message in your chat is no error but only a hint, which will appear each time if you are inside an area where FCOMounty got no "data" about so far (like Vive city subzone). If you do not ignore it and send me the line containing the area info, like Code:
>Zone: vvardenfell (id/parent: 849/849), subZone: viviccity_base Look at FCOMounty data: Code:
["viveccity_base"] = "Vivec City", ![]() , I'm able to add it to the addon and the message won't happen again "for this area". If you ignore it it will keep on showing ![]() So collect the data and send it to me and I'm able to help, like written in the chat message. I'll add a debug option into the settings and if you enable it the message will be shown into chat, if you disable it they won't be shown anymore. But this won't help in adding new zonedata as you won't notice it anymore. About the lua error message: I need to have a look where this might still happen. Thought it was fixed with the last update ![]() I'll test it within Vivec city to see why it still happens. Seems to only happen if you press "Current zone" in a not added region + subzone.

First let me just say that I've loved this addon since you first uploaded it, so thank you!
I've had this weird error flooding my chat for several weeks now and I'm finally sick of ignoring it and thought I'd point it out: >========================================> [FCOMounty] The current zone data is missing. Please contact @Baertram ingame (EU server, via mail) and write him a PM, or an addon comment. ->You are able to open the FCOMounty addon comment website at www.esoui.com via the FCOMounty settings: ESC->Settings->AddOn settings->FCO Mounty->Visit website! Tell him the following text line please: >Zone: vvardenfell (id/parent: 849/849), subZone: viviccity_base <========================================< It happens in a few other zones as well but I spend a lot of time in Vivec City so I really noticed it there. It shows up every time I interact with an NPC, bank, crafting station, etc. The other error I get is a LUA error whenever I use the "Current Zone" button: (EDIT: I just noticed someone else had a similar error before as well. I have the latest version installed fyi) Lua Code:
Hopefully this info helps! And thanks again for a really fun addon ![]()

Received an error regarding line 33 of FCOMounty.lua.
Looks like double quotes need to be added around the value 0.1.0 at the end of the line to look like this: Code:
FCOMounty.addonVars.addonVersion = "0.1.0" |
