Tribute Improved Leaderboard

A few improvements to the Tales of Tribute leaderboard and progress tracking:

Show Tribute Rank for players outside of top 100.
Show top percent at all times for any rank.
Color leaderboard scores based on top percent (golden for top 2%, green for top 10%).
Improved rank info in activity finder.
Print rank and score changes into chat after each match.
Gamepad/Accessibility mode support.

Note: you need to reach Rubedite tier in the current season to gain leaderboard rank and score.

Looking at the next match results you can work out I actually gained 96 rank score for that match. Not sure if its the game sending wrong info to your addon or the addon that is the issue. It's possible to look for your current opponent in the leaderboard, but only first 100 entries are available out of 1000+ ranked players.
