PersonalAssistant (Banking, Junk, Loot, Repair)  Updated less than 3 days ago!  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: 2.4.3

PersonalAssistant V2

There are already many addons out there that support Auto-Repair or Auto-Gold-Deposit functionalities, but none of them had the features I'd like to have seen. Because of that, PersonalAssistant was born.

After a two year long break from ESO, I finally managed to complete the major refactoring that started back in 2017. But not only that, I also added many more features that I could not even have thought of back then. I hope you will have as much fun using this addon, like I had working on it!

PA General
  • Up to eight different account-wide profiles that can be renamed
  • Shortcut to travel to your home (if available)

PA Banking
  • Currencies (gold, alliance points, ...) can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank
  • Crafting materials can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank (if you are not ESO Plus Subscriber)
  • Create your own custom rules and decide how many of each item to keep in bank or inventory
  • Other selected items such as motives, recipes, writs, glyphs, trophies etc. can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank
  • Select if items with [Intricate] trait should be transferred from/to the bank
  • Define a specific amount of lockpicks, repair kits or soul gems to always keep in inventory or the bank
  • Be always ready for Cyrodiil and define how many AvA items to keep in inventory

PA Integration
  • Limited support for FCO ItemSaver regarding "Marked for selling" and "Locked" marks *NEW* (2.4.2)

PA Junk
  • Trash items can be marked as junk
  • Items with the "sell to merchant" information can be marked as junk
  • Treasures (such as the ones found when stealing) can be marked as junk
  • Items with [Ornate] trait can be marked as junk
  • Weapons, Armor, Jewelries, or Glyphs below a certain quality level can be marked as junk (quality threshold can be defined)
  • Junk can be sold at merchants and fences
  • Save time and use keybinding shortcuts to mark items as junk or directly destroy them
  • Mark any item as permanent junk so you never have to deal with it again
  • Items with no sell value can also be destroyed instead of marked as junk *NEW* (2.4.2)

PA Loot
  • Informs you when an unknown recipe is looted
  • Informs you when an unknown motif/page is looted
  • Informs you when an item with a not yet researched trait is looted
  • Informs you when you are running out of inventory space (threshold can be defined)
  • Visually indicates if a recipe, motif, trait, or style page is known (or not) to the current character

PA Repair
  • Repairs your items for you when you visit a merchant (threshold can be defined)
  • Repairs your items out on the field when you have (non-crown) repair kits available (threshold can be defined)
  • Recharges your weapons when they run out of charges and you have filled soul gems available
  • Informs you when you are running out of soul gems, or repair kits (thresholds can be defined)

It's all a bit willy-nilly, I agree. Just thought I'd mention that the icon thiny is not due to an addon.

Thank you very much for this nice Addon - it is one of my favorites. Unfortunately I can not use it anymore since version 2.4.0 and this is not because of the Addon itself, it is because of the library LibMainMenu-2.0. This causes massive script errors and a malfunction of other installed Addons. Does anybody have the same issues? Is there a workaround? Thanks in advance.

Do you know the name? Because there is no such API to know this 100% sure - even in the ESO code itself the error that an item cannot be sold is only thrown after attempting to sell it.

This is not fully true; the "locked" protection from FCOIS only works if you try to sell an item via the user interface - it however does not prevent an item from being sold via the ESO API. So if not specifically implemented, it would just ignore it

This should allow the rule to be applied to that item regardless of FCOIS tag or to any item with the FCOIS tag.
This would become a very limited implementation though, because you could not protect items that are FCOIS-locked and you also could not make "marked for selling" items to be sold. I want to have the FCOIS integration as simple as possible, because it adds a tremendous amount of complexity otherwise which makes it more difficult to maintain.
I'm repeating myself, but integrating FCOIS into the junk-selling and item-transfer part of PersonalAssistant is way more complex than just implementing that within FCOIS. What you want actually should just be a part of FCOIS.

Regarding FCOIS Integration

FCOIS has built in protection for the it's tags such as "locked" items cannot be sold, traded, etc. so you should not need to include those types of things as they are redundant. The valuable pieces of integration for this addon will be moving items about based on their tags.

Perhaps a variation or expansion of your Custom Rules.

In the 'Add New Rule' window provide the ability to remove the item name and add a dropdown with all available FCOIS item tags (it has some predefined and a finite number of custom ones you can define). Include the ability to remove the FCOIS item tag from inclusion in the rule.

This should allow the rule to be applied to that item regardless of FCOIS tag or to any item with the FCOIS tag.

Does that make sense?

But maybe it would not be necessary for regular Merchants; I need to look into this.

It only destroys items that have 0 value and that match any of the "PA Junk" rules that you have enabled. If the item does not match any of these rules, it will not be deleted even if it has no value.
So regarding crown items or surveys; as long as you don't mark them as permanent junk, they are all safe

Hey man, thanks for the update!

Before I turn auto-destrouy on, let me ask you: what items are we actually destroying? There are a lot of 0g items that are actually important, namely crown items, surveys and many others.
The only 0g items that don't matter are weapons, apparel, jewerly and some trash. Did you take that into account?
