Slasher is a simple utility to add slash commands and key bindings for some useful actions:
Assistants:
* /b - bring out/dismiss banker (set to your favorite in settings),
* /f - bring out/dismiss fence,
* /m - bring out/dismiss merchant (set to your favorite in settings),
* /d or /decon - bring out/dismiss decon assistant (set to your favorite in settings),

* /kb - bring out/dismiss khajiit banker (Ezabi),
* /km - bring out/dismiss khajiit merchant (Fezez),
* /cb - bring out/dismiss crow banker (Baron Jangleplume),
* /cm - bring out/dismiss crow merchant (Peddler of Prizes),
* /ob - bring out/dismiss original banker (Tythus Andromo),
* /om - bring out/dismiss original merchant (Nuzhimeh),
* /clb - bring out/dismiss factotum banker (Factotum Property Steward),
* /clm - bring out/dismiss factotum merchant (Factotum Commerce Delegate),

Group slash tool commands: (slash command only, no keybind)

* /pet -dismiss combat pet
* /pets -dismiss combat pet
* /dismisspet -dismiss combat pet

Additional slash tool commands: (slash command only, no keybind)
* /home - port you to your primary residence
* /eye - bring out the Antiquarian Eye tool
* /rl - reload ui,

* /grow - turn on grass display
* /mow - turn off grass display
* /grass - toggle display of grass to on or off

* /nosky - turn off the ZOS display of skyshards on the map for those who are still using the SkyShards addon and don't want to see almost superimposed shards on the map. This setting is NOT remembered between logins!

For the Holiday-specific (XP-enhancing) collectibles, it defines the following slash commands and keybinds for:
* /xp - Use whichever holiday collectible you have set in the settings - so you can change to the appropriate collectible for the currently running event and just always use /xp

* /cake - Jubilee Cake (Anniversary Event). You can also specify the year of the cake from 2016 to the latest (for example /cake 2018). If you don't specify a year, it will give you the most recent that you've unlocked.
* /mead - Breda's Bottomless Mead Cup (New Life Festival)
* /pie - The Pie of Misrule (Jester's Festival)
* /witch - Witchmother's Whistle (The Witches Festival)
Note that the Holiday-specific collectibles only increase your experience points acquired when their associated event is in progress.

For addon developers it adds:
* /run <lua code> - executes the <lua code> if possible
* /d <value> - displays the <value> (which might be the output of code) in chat
Please use the above two only if you know what you are doing.
* /collectibles <starting id> - lists up to 1000 collectibles (with ids) starting from the id <starting id>
* /getassistant - list in chat the ids and names of the assistant collectibles currently defined in game
* /getmemento - list in chat the ids and names of the momentos currently defined in game

2.30 (60):

Add the 2024 Jubilee cake to the cakes you can call with "/cake (year)".
Updated /cake to call the 2024 Jubilee cake once you have earned it.

2.29 (59):

Removed duplicated addon identifier tag from new messages.

2.28 (58):

Added a /mem <id number> to allow you to use mementos that you have already unlocked by their id number. (Feature requested by kn1ne.)
You can use the existing /getmemento command to get a full list of mementos and their id numbers printed in chat but it will include mementos that you have not yet unlocked and therefore cannot use.
Note that memento effects will last however long they are programmed (by ZOS) to last. For instance Booknado seems to last forever but does eventually end. Memento effects cannot be cancelled, you just have to wait them out.

2.27 (57):

Fixed a dyslexic id typo for summoning Zuqoth. (Reported by Athra) The chat command /zuq now works properly.

Fixed the /disband command so that it works again. (ZOS removed the isLeader() function that I relied on so I had to find an alternative.)

Added new group commands /disband (disband the group if you are leader), and /check (send a ready check to the group) to go with the already existing /leave (leave the group) command. This new commands are currently "/"-only, without the option for setting a key binding.

With the addition of these commands, most of the old Lui Extended slash commands are covered and once the LUIExtended Slash Commands module is turned off in its settings, you can use Slasher's commands to provide most of the same capability (with the new assistants and armors)

Added the option (which can be turned on or off in the settings) of "resummoning" the companion that you previously had out before you called for your banker or merchant. (Note: This does NOT work with the fence /f.)
Because we now have options, we also now have saved variables.

Modified the /cake so that it will use the most recent Jubilee cake that you have unlocked.

What would be a /exp? Do you mean like the /mead (and other holiday memento slashes)?

Have /run because it uses /script - strictly a passthrough really. You could just use /script to do the same thing. /d also uses /script so I wanted a distinct command from it (and it helps that it is a shorter name

).

/d is actually surrounding what you pass (stuff) in with "d("..stuff..")" and passing that to /script.

Yes, like /mead etc. Except it would use the current one. So right now it's use the mug, in April the pie.

Yes, like /mead etc. Except it would use the current one. So right now it's use the mug, in April the pie.

Any suggestions of how I can find out when an event is going on? There's not necessarily a quest that I can check if active to know which memento to use...

Slasher does not use LibStub and neither does LibSFUtils (at least not in the latest versions of both).

LibSFUtils must be installed separately from Slasher because it is no longer included. Also, it sounds as though you have an old version of something - possibly LibSFUtils. If you have any of my addons that still include LibSFUtils in a Lib directory as a part of the addon - they are obsolete and you should remove the included libraries from those addons. Then, make sure that you have LibSFUtils downloaded as a separate addon. Then, Slasher will work.

No, there is not. I don't recall why I couldn't add it before so I'll look again.

Edit:

I remember why now. The problem with the midyear mayhem is that the scroll is an item you have to have in your inventory to be able to use - unlike the cake and mead mementos that are always available once you get them with the quest completion.

I believe that Midyear Mayhem lasts four days this year? There's little to no chance that I'll be able to find the time to work on it before the event is over this year. Too much currently going on IRL...
