I like this mod a lot. But in the latest version 1.6.0b , I noticed the following: After logging in a character, the inventory window is 'docked' again. Althought it was undocked before, and checking the settings shows that the settings are still saying it is undocked.
As a test, I went back to 1.6.0a, and found that this version did not have this problem.

Another thing I noticed: when opening inventory by key ' I ' , there is 3 windows popping up. 'Equiped' window on the left, 'Inventory' window on the right, and 'Inventory Insight' window somewhere inbetween. Now, when mousing over the items in the 'Equiped' window on the left, the information that is added to the tooltip by InventoryInsight (like motif), is the same for every equiped item (armor pieces, weapons and jewelry), and as far as I can see equal to the information that belongs to the equiped helmet.
Mousing over the items in the the 'InventoryInsight' window and the 'Inventory' window shows the correct information for each appropriate item.
This is the same for both 1.6.0a and 1.6.0b .

errors with guild bank

Sorry to say that 1.6.0e still shows the same problems that I described a few posts back about 1.6.0b. Undocked frame now also gives an error message when opening inventory.
As mentioned, I like the mod, but I find it a problem when I cannot have the frame undocked, and also when I cannot see the correct racial motif of equiped gear in the mouseover tooltip.

i cannot move the window as it appears locked in the upper right corner of the screen ... love the addon but i've had to disable it so it won't block out the bank, etc ...

I have several issues with the addon since the update.

- When I open my inventory (or when I go to the crafting station that open inventory), my game start to lag like crazy. I have disable the addon and the lag disappeared. When I enabled the addon again, the lag came back (please note I have 8 character with almost full inventory, as well as almost full bank, if it affect or not the addon)
- I am not able to move or modify the window size.
- When I want to close the window, I get the following error:


I love this addon, cause I have lot of mule. Would be nice to have this fixed, as well as the lag when opening it. Thank you for your hard work.

Been using inventory insight since it first came out..Love it,
But it seems as of last patch it is full of issues, window is partially stuck behind my inventory..cant resize it or move it.
Also causing same errors as others posted below.
My screen rez is 1920x1080 if that helps.
Hope you can sort this out, And thank you for taking time from your game time to work on it.

I got rid of the lag by deleting the old version of InvI plus the saved variables file.

Like others though Undock doesn't seem to do anything. Also, you can see a large black area on the left side with the frame turned on.

I'm still testing my fix for the undocked windows problem. I dont think the settings are account wide so it will be docked on toons until you undock it. So far for me it has stayed undocked when reloading and logging out and back in. I haven't figured out the racial motifs of mouseover equipped gear yet.

I am having the same issues as above, and also my window never undocks. even when i set the undock to on.
Thoughts??

The lag workaround is working as you described. I removed the previous version of InventoryInsight and removed the SavedVariable file. Then I unzipped the Fix version. The lag is gone. But I still get the same error and cannot move or resize the InventoryInsight window. Additionally I am getting the same "black area" on the left side.

Just wanted to let you all know that I found a work a round for the frame being stuck behind the inventory window...
I adjusted the Ui size and made it smaller.
I know its not a fix but it's manageable now until someone can come up with a real fix.
