After install Original addon , to install it.

このパッチはネクロムまでの古遺物の入手先を日本語化できます。
オリジナル(Display Leads - with Location Info)インストール後、このアドオンをインストールしてください。
UIの日本語訳もしたのでそのままupdate可能です。

私のアップデートが遅く、旧版で見たい場合はアンインストール後再インストールしてください
本家を上書きする形になればこちらが使える状態です

Sometimes the game started to crash. After disabling your addon, the errors are gone, the game works stably.
