Im a bit hit and miss again, I have a 4 month old baby.

Thanks to Jason for making some bug fixes!
I've added his pull request as a release.

Luminary FishMe is a simple addon to let you know when to reel in, and where to use the bait you set!!

If you would like to request features, please hit up the comments area, or PM me directly.

Since I'm back and am playing a bit... any gold donations would greatly help.. I keep killing NPC's and getting bounties on my head, lol.

I believe achievements for catching rares, but the rares are currently broken in game.

Actually I'll be updating this to control which color you like. I'll add options menu and a few other features.

Thank you for this info, please report more as you see it.

There is not Fish alert api that informs me when to reel in... but a bag update happens with fish ID.

This fish ID happens when eating, selling, auction.. etc etc.

Each place you see Fish Now, let me know and ill put a check in to make sure you're actually fishing

and ill suppress the warning.

I've seen it a few times also, after my next Trade History update I'll make some bug fixes in here.

Cool new update.

From looking at the screenshot, I think you're missing some:

Rivers - use insects/shad, catch salmon, river betty, fish roe
Lakes - use guts/minnows, catch spadetail, silverside perch, shad
Foul water - use crawlers/fish roe, catch slaughterfish, trodh, chub
Oceans - use worms/chub, catch dhufish, longtail, minnows

Screenshot is only showing crawlers for foul water, but not fish roe also.

Also, quick question: The API does not provide a method to check what type of water a certain fishing node is in, correct? You just list what is good where, but the user still has to decide what type of water it is.

I'm missing a few items you set on lure.
I have guts, insect, worms, minnow, fishroe, chad, crawlers.
I'm missing: Used Bait, Simple Bait, Shad.
If you have those can you go to game settings, enable logging, and then "Set" those items on your lure.. and tell me which number they are?

As for Fish of Roe, I checked the code... when you "Set" that bait it should alert you.
And yeah, the API is very limited here is what I can use:
EVENT_FISHING_LURE_CLEARED (aka run out of set bait)
EVENT_FISHING_LURE_SET (Have set your bait)
EVENT_CANNOT_FISH_WHILE_SWIMMING

So that basically means I'm doing a bunch of matching since I can't tell when you've actually cast your pole or which water it landed into.

It would be TOTALLY awesome if ESO gave me more fishing events:
Such as:
EVENT_FISHING_CAST
EVENT_FISH_CAUGHT
EVENT_FISH_MISSED
lol, but then that would be way to easy
