I have never used minion but I suspect it doesn't support mods outside of the ESO addon folder.

I checked on it for you. Minion does not support mods of this nature.

It is very easy to manually install however. Instructions can be found in the included readme.txt

it has a problem when using nvidia DLSS , the screen is black
also the reduction is to small , it would be nice to have bigger range or to completely remove the fog

Thanks for the feedback. I will look into the issue with DLSS.
As for the reduction it is adjustable by swapping in one of the other included files.

I had a buddy test out DLSS as I'm on a older NVidia card without the capability and he was not able to recreate the issue. He said he doesn't like DLSS but it worked as expected over several hours of playing.
Is it possible this issue is related to something else?

Yes for some reason it doesn't seem to be active at all.
Do you care to provide a picture of the installed files in your ESO directory.
We can make sure its set up properly and go from there.

Found the issue. The required config file was not included in the release. I'm uploading the fixed copy now.

200+ Downloads and you are the only one to tell me its not working lol

Are you able to tell us which profile would correspond to the game's "normal" fog distance? (e.g. 2, 3, 5)

it works fine now , also with DLSS
the best present seems to be 5 - Medium , to cover up bad textures in the distance , or even lower like 4 if it was cuz there are some bad visuals for mountains especially in craglorn
anyway overall the graphics is much more clear without some fog

Thanks for the feedback! 10 was chosen as its the best balance between the occasional missing model / texture and being able to see the beautiful world.

Distance 4

Also if 4 is a desirable distance I can add a few more options in that range. 4, 6, 7

Normal fog distance would be 1.

The number corresponds to a multiplier of the base distances.

Code:
 r0.x = g_fogDistances.x * -2 + r0.x; // Distance for fog
Example for multiplier 2 shown.

I tried 10, 8, and 5. The latter seems to be the ideal mix for me!
