Overcharge Info  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: 1.1
by: wisej12 [More]
This add-on gives you chat commands that will tell you how much of a stat you're losing for it being overcharged.

Typing "/overcharge health", for example, will tell you how much Health you're losing due to it being overcharged.

You can also just type "/oc" instead of "/overcharge".

To see a complete list of supported stats (health, health regen, magicka, etc.), type "/oc help" or simply "/oc"

Enjoy!

[UPDATED]
Support for armor, spell resistance, weapon damage, and spell damage has been added!

Very good addon!

This is the sort of issue that confirms the default UI is lacking on so many levels. (Don't get me started on social matters)

If you increase a single stat (magicka, for example) too much, without increasing your other stats, eventually it will become "overcharged", which means it will become harder to raise that stat. For example, if you equip a weapon that is supposed to give you 10 Magicka, it might only give you 7 magicka. This is a mechanic built into the game, encouraging players to balance their stats (health, magicka, stamina).

The "overcharge" limit gets higher based on your level; this means that as you become a higher level, you're allowed to put more points into a single stat before being penalized by it becoming "overcharged."

This addon allows you to see exactly how much of a stat the overcharge mechanic is making you lose. This can help you gauge optimal builds, etc.
You'll know for sure you stat is overcharged because the number will be written in orange. Thought that was worth pointing out.

Overcharged

The game limits stats based on your level.
If you open you character screeen (C) you will see "Overcharged" on any stat that the game is limiting for you character due to it being "to high" for your level".
