Adds key binding for easier toggling of the rally point and other map pings.
(Useful for when you use shift/ctrl for walking/sneaking and thus shift-mouse or ctrl-mouse unintentionally toggles sneak/walk.)

• Automatically uses the ping type depending on player group status:
  • Player is group leader: Pressing the key will toggle the rally point (red pulsing circle)
  • Player is not group leader: Pressing the key will add a normal map ping that is visible to the group (blue circle)
  • Player is not in a group: Pressing the key will toggle the player waypoint (blue square)
• Uses the key binding layer "User Interface Shortcuts" which means that the key will only be active when the UI is open and can still be assigned to another not-UI-action (e.g. space bar: Jumping while in game and map ping while in UI).
• Rally point color changeable in the add-on settings (LibAddonMenu has to be installed seperately for that, if it isn't installed through another add-on yet).

• Make sure you install the add-on before starting up ESO, else the image files may not be loaded.
