I have a shortcut with the following target:
C:\Windows\System32\runas.exe /savecred /user:Account2 "E:\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\eso64.exe"

Im not exactly sure what would be causing this issue. How exactly are you using runas so I can attempt to troubleshoot this issue.

Latest changes moved to experimental version

To try and provide the best experience possible I have reverted this project to the latest known stable version (which requires reShade).

There is also a new project (Fog Mod Experimental) (which now has no dependencies) for those wanting to try out the latest and greatest features before they are proven stable!

Anyone having issues with the latest version should use version 1.3, It will require ReShade to also be installed however.
It is before major refactoring that seems to have created some new issues.

Post After many attempts on Steam Deck

So after going through and trying this a few times, I've found a few things to note as well as a solution that seems to work in my case.

When it comes to the crashing, just to get this out there for those having this issue. simply deleting the d3d11 file and running the game got me back up and running. Might not work but try that or at least move it to a separate folder and attempt to run the game

Installation on the steam deck seems to cause some odd behaviors as well. after installing my addon list and throwing them into my addons folder everything would work just fine. once I went to add the fog mod in the addons folder and subsequently into the ESO client folder with reshade and then launch the game, the game would crash, and all the libs for my addons, as well as all but skyshards and lorebooks, would be disappeared into the digital nether.

I currently am running the game with reshade active and have successfully used Neat Perfection reshade addon and UBER Fidelity Suite III with no issue. Sadly they do nothing to effect the fog.

Not sure if this provides any helpful insights. Also feel free to add in game main characters name is same as my forum name

Agreed on this, I'm used to changelogs with the most recent changes at the top so I've skipped downloading this several times after seeing "NOT WORKING" up there lol, only just noticed today that the most recent version is at the bottom.

I learned after release 1.4 had a couple major issues.
Version 1.5 can be used with or without ReShade.

To use this with ReShade just install files as normal and leave the dxgi.dll provided by ReShade.

To use without ReShade install the provided dxgi.dll
