This Addon is for swaping Potion if you get/fade any specific buffs or go into/out combat.

For example NB Healer wiht 3x Potion Cooldown on jewels, Potion cooldown will be 21 sec but buff is lasting 47 sec, so it will swap to the potion you choosed if you gain/fade the buff.

On Screenshot is the example with Ult Potions.
