(Items from banks, house storage, and all of the characters on your account! All in one place.)

What does it do?
  • tracks everything in your characters' Bags, Bank, Guild Banks, CraftBag and Storage Chests
  • tracks items in House(s) (configurable)
  • keeps track of the Gold / AP / Telvar Stones / Writ Vouchers for each character
  • keeps track of the space used/available for each character
  • allows filtering your inventory by item type
  • lets you search the items by name, or by set name
  • adds data to item tooltip showing you where that item is located (all popups/tooltips, or only when over the Inventory Insight window)

  • FCO Item Saver integration
  • Guild banks tracking is now separate between world servers

Bind Inventory Insight to a key, toggle it on while you're in that container. It should re-open next time you open the container.

Other than wiping your savedvars, I can't think of any other good way to troubleshoot this. You have corrupted data, but I can't think of any other way to solve it.

My apologies if this has already been asked for/commented on. When I used Inventory Assistant if I put in Hulking Draugr in the search, it gave me Druga's dagger in that search it was part of the set even though it doesn't have the set name in the name of the item. Inventory Insight seems to only do a text search for the set name, so they'd don't show up. Is there any way to search for a set ID or something so those named items show up in the search?
Other than that, I love the add on.. thank you for all your hard work.

have the latest ver of II, and I did update a Lib that was old. No change in error message

I only get the error messages on the containers (at the house) that have Motifs and oddly any storage container that might have something with a similar name to what my character has in inventory. Although, my character has no motifs on hand. I only see the error message when I mouse over the inventory, not just access the container. It does make moving things around problematic.

As for those changes you suggest, have not the first clue about where to make them.

Howdy. I noticed with II the addon cannot be opened while youre already in your inventory when using gamepad mode UI. the window can be brought up outside the inventory, but not while anywhere in the start menu. I mentioned this to a buddy of mine who does work on S'renndar while asking the difference between developing addon work for the two UIs (gamepad and keyboard), he mentioned I should post it here.

This sounds like some data is stored wrong. How certain are you that ALL of your Inv Insight addon scripts are current? When was the last time you were in your houses and opened the storage chests?

I can suggest one thing to test this theory. Using a text editor (notepad, or one you like), find "GetCollectibleNickname", make line look like this:
newLocation.name = GetCollectibleNickname(locationName * 1)

go down a few more lines, make similar adjustment to the GetCollectibleName line.

Let me know if it solves it.

Sorry if this has been asked hundreds of times before.

I am getting some items which show as being on certain characters but they are not.

I don't know if they are gone (may have deconstructed in error) or held by another character.

Alchemy scene is separate from the rest of the crafting scenes. I'll add it to the list of scenes.

While at the alchemy station, you can click the X in the upper right corner to close Inventory Insight and it shouldn't re-open when you exit and re-enter the station.
