    CombatTopHealthbar hides the top center Monster/boss/player/NPC big health bar when you are not in combat so it allows more immersion and being surprised by an enemy (You can still display the overhead alliance icon to see enemy players in PvP )


    - Players', companions' and NPCs' big health bars are Always hidden except for guildies.


    - Guards' big health bars are visible if you have a bounty on you or when you crouch (or are hidden) or in combat.


    - Bosses' big health bars and enemy faction's guards are visible when you crouch (or are hidden) or in combat.

    - Repairable siege weapons, keep walls & doors health bars are shown. (0 and 100% are hidden)
