Update

Love this addon... Any chance of an update to keep it line with all other mods? Cheers.

So, I've figured it out. It took me some staring and pondering thus I feel the desire to share it.
The add-on uses abilities to determine range, certain abilities have certain ranges. Game detects when the target is in range of ability and so does the add-on.

So, slot some abilities with longer ranges. This add-on won't be entirely useful to non-ranged players.
All the green distances are abilities which are in range to be used, all the red are not in range.

>How does this work?
Try to place on your panel skills with different range.

Google translate: Reticle. The distance scale. I do not know what to add here except that everything is through the ass of checking the range of skills. There is no other option, or I do not see it yet. No wonder the previously created addons do not work and no one has yet figured out how to do this other than through the coordinates. And the function of obtaining coordinates works only on the player, but not on the target.

You figured it out? Mind sharing? All I ever see is a green 28, even when people are literally right in front of me, or clearly beyond 28 meters from me. I never see anything different, and I don't see any kind of configuration menu in the addons settings.

Anyone able to explain how this works, or how to get it functioning?

Thx for response!
And I'l think about one distance number in or near reticle. But ZoS are block possibility to receive exact distance, so number can be only 5-7-17-28-35 and not in all builds.

Post Range to Target

Although I haven't downloaded and attempted to use Reticule Range, what I would like to see (and only see added) is the range to the object upon which the center of the reticule is currently placed.

It would be best with an option to display the range number (a) above the reticle arrow pointing up; or (b) to the right of the reticule arrow pointing right; or (c) below the reticule arrow pointing down; or (d) to the left of the reticule arrow pointing left. Or maybe you could put the range in the center of the reticle itself. :-)

Cool! I haven't tried this yet, but I was actually thinking of adding a feature like this to Combat Reticle. Looks like it works fine with it already! Any description in the works?
