This Addon allows you to use the fast travel functionality of the game in a comfortable and highly costumizable way. All fast travel options you have through your guilds, friends and group are listed in a clear way and are usable with different search and filtering features.

NEW: BeamMeUp guild is live
In June 2019 we started the official BeamMeUp guild on NA and EU server. Everyone is welcome, no requirements or obligations! Only through your membership do we all benefit from free fast travel options! You find it by clicking on the guild button in the upper left corner.


Features:
  • Search, Filter, Favorite, Customize
    • Sorted list of all fast travel options and much additional information
    • Search by player or zone names
    • Easily port to Group Leader or Group Members in Dungeons (always on top) and see if they are in the same game instance as you
    • Set specific players or zones as favorites and easily port to them via keybinding
    • Use the different tabs to find Fast Travel options to the open/displayed map (world map) and also to the Delves located there
    • Use filters and blacklists and many other options to customize your personal filtering (e. g. show only Overland maps or hide different types of zones)
    • Filter by only group, friends or guild members via the right click menu
    • Display only one entry for each zone or see all players you can travel to
    • Change the sorting and configure the number of entries (number of visible lines)
  • Navigate and optimize your journey by many additional information
    • Identify different types of zones by its icon (Delve, Dungeon, House, ...)
    • Easily navigate through the maps by clicking on the zone name
      • The corresponding map will be opened
      • Location/Entrance of Delves, Houses, ... will be marked with a Map Ping
      • With installed Skyshard Addon you can make faster decisions whether a Fast Travel is worthwhile
  • Connect Treasure and Survey Maps with found Travel Options
    • See where your Treasure and Survey maps (from inventory) are located and travel to them immediately with just one click
    • If no Fast Travel options are available for the item corresponding zones, you still can see where the maps are located
  • Connect Active Quests with found Travel Options
    • As with Treasure and Survey Maps, see in which zones you have active quests
    • Identify repeatable quests by its blue color
  • Unlock new Wayshrines automatically
    • Unlock unknown wayshrines in your current zone with just one click and only about ten seconds, depending on your Fast Travel options

      • You can search by zone names in your client and in this second language at the same time
      • The Tooltip of zone names shows also the name in the second language
    • Receive notification when a player favorite comes online
      • Enable this option to see a short notification/center screen message when a player favorite enters the game
    • Useful hint for whispering
      • When you are set to offline and you whisper someone, you will get a note in the chat, that you cannot receive any whisper messages. This feature helps to avoid unwanted blocking of replies (enabled by default!)
    • Integration into Bandits User Interface
      • A button for BeamMeUp is automatically inserted into the sidebar of Bandits User Interface Addon

    • GOLD = player and zone favorites
    • ORANGE = Group members
    • GREEN = Friends

Downloaded last version. Changed first the No thank you option to hide, to push up the house problem (:P) then when clicking the little house icon in BMU, a message popped up to inform of the non compatibiity and how to change the option in not thank you.

Did the change and all my houses populated the listing in BMU

I could not have thought at better, its really great!!! as i am an altoolic, i sometimes forgot to check if all options are good when i create a new one. This way i am sur that all will be perfect

Hey Anceane,

v1.6.6 catches now this special case. BeamMeUp shows now a note when you have "No Thank you" with the incompatible setting active. You shouldn't get any more errors now. It would be great to get your confirmation and feedback on the new version.
Finishing some crafting and then right after downloading the new version should not be more longer than 30min

Hey Anceane,

v1.6.6 catches now this special case. BeamMeUp shows now a note when you have "No Thank you" with the incompatible setting active. You shouldn't get any more errors now. It would be great to get your confirmation and feedback on the new version.

Great to hear that. I checked the the root cause of the issue and unfortunately there is no workaround. No Thank You overwrites a global function provided by the base game and does not provide access to the original one.

That means for all: When you use the addon "No Thank You", please make sure that the option "Owned houses" is not set to "Hide".

I try to implement a catcher for this issue.

Since yesterday, i did those 2 changes :
- i put i No thank you! owned houses as in your settings
- i checked the libmagping. The only thing i noticed is that the libstub embedded in the folder was outdated so i changed it for the actual version

Since then, i had no more problem.

I am using the last version of BMU and love it as usual

Thank you very much for not giving up on me, i hate to be such a bother with errors that i could have probably avoided if i thought before about No thank you!!

Strange. For me No, Thank you! works just fine here with that settings:

My settings was :

FINAL UPDATE and corrected

So i was adding 1 by 1 my addons and testing BMU at the same time.

Arrived on No Thank you! all the houses vanished again ...... of course i should have remember that one option in this addon is to show owned houses.

The LibMapping lib error still pop up but it does not cause much trouble so far, so i would consider its ok.

So next time i test for an error i will removed also all the savedvariables even if the addons are not there anymore.

Sorry for the trouble and thanks for the help

NEW UPDATE -- removed totally any savedvariables from other addons

I forgot to remove also the savedvariables of the other addons so in case i did a new test again

version 1.6.5
no addons but BMU
Just the lib needed for it

All icons are showing up all houses too BUT error lua with a lib

its is not any addon i just replaced the icons (i did not changed any path in any .lua, just took an icon i loved and renamed it to replace the icon in your media folder
totally ok, just was curios how that could happen. maybe we could add your icons in a future version as "theme 2" but i have to talk to @DeadSoon about that first. so you would not have to replace the icons everytime.

Beside the error lua popping when trying to use the house, all works fine and perfect.

so both of the screenshots with the colored icons are from 1.6.5? if so, delete your full BeamMeUp-Folder and make a new clean installation. Because we changed the position of the house in the current release, so i guess the installation is not clean. should be placed like here now (maybe that fixes the other problem as well):

@Anceane please try deactivate all other addons - only activate BeamMeUp 1.6.5 and its needed librarys. Your UI looks different, so i guess its something about addon-compications this time.

Version 1.6.4 - No lua error at all but may be there is a problem in this one too. I never really look into it because i normally use the addon GoHome to travelling to my houses (keybinding for a lot of houses)


First account :




As you can see, only one house, the Primary one is showing (account created in 2014)


Second account:




Strangely on this account all the houses are showing (account created in 2019)


The only difference i could eventually point is that some of the houses in the first account are renamed. But the houses from the Tenant Achievement are not renamed in both and though only shows up in the second account.

Version 1.6.5 : the LUA error popped as soon as i clicked on the house icon. And the little window opening were both empty.

I deleted the savedvariables and nothing changed in version 1.6.4 - no error lua but still not all houses showing.
I deleted again the savedvariables for the version 1.6.5 : accepted the guild info, checked on the show nicknames for houses, clicked on the house icon and the same errors popped again, with no house showing in the window
