    If you are getting LUA errors complaining about LibCustomTitles do the following

    * Exit ESO
    * Go to : /Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/AddOns/BoundArmamentsCounter
    * Open BoundArmamentsCounter.txt
    * Delete the following lines

    libs/LibCustomTitles/LibTitleLocale.lua
    libs/LibCustomTitles/LibCustomTitles.lua
    libs/LibCustomTitles/Titles/Masel.lua

    * Save
    * Optionally : You can now delete the entire "libs" folder

    LibCustomTitles was an april fools joke back in the day, but still haunts many older addons till this day.
