TicTock
Version: 3.2
by: zireko [More]
TicTock is a simple clock addon. It adds a clock like the old addon simple clock. Since the new update simple clock addon didn't work anymore. That made me want to make this addon since I always need to keep up with the time and in Elder Scrolls Online I forget all about time way to much. So I made this addon. There are a few different fonts, colors, and sizes so you can customize the addon more to your liking. Feel free to comment and share any ideas you may have for TicTock. If you wish to customize the addon just simple go to settings then addon settings then TicTock menu. Then just customize it how you like.

Credits
*Circonian - Helped write plenty of the addon and also taught me much about libs and more.
*Garkin - Helped with the function of the clock so that it gets the time correct.
*KatKat42 - Helped with debugging.

Future Plans - These will come as I figure them out. I'm still new to coding so give me time.
*Alarm - Would like to have an alarm for those times where someone has to make dinner.
*Backdrop - I plan on adding a few different backdrops that can be toggled on or off.
*Fonts - I plan on adding more fonts.

(TicTock) Version 3.0
This is the first live version of the addon TicTock. It's a simple clock that will display the time and it's stand alone so you can get the feature and have it working with any of your other addons.

(TicTock) Version 3.2
Circonian helped a ton with this update. We have made the font size look a 100 times better. Also there have been many different backgrounds added as a setting. There are even some custom background images that I've added giving the clock an even more custom look if you like. The backgrounds will even scale with the txt.

I know there is a day/night cycle, but does the game actually have a game time? Is there a way to display it, like a slash command or something? I couldn't find any API for a "game time."
There is another addon that displays game time I can't remember the name of it right now but just look around on esoui. Once you download it you can look at the code and should find the api in there for the day a night for Tamerial. I'm not sure if there is an api or if they had to write the code to track the time some way.

That's a good Idea, I might add that way later on once I have a better understanding of code. Another idea I could do so people didn't lose there clock in the real world is, I could add another clock which can be toggled on and off and it would be the ingame time. I always read that it was pretty hard to get the ingame time but some authors have managed to do it. So to answer your question yes there is a possibility that I would add something like you suggested
