Furnishing Recipe Collector

Adds information to tooltips for recipes that are available from writ vendors.

New in v1.2:
/furrecipe - opens a windows with listing of Writ Vendor/tracked recipes.

In the settings, set the Debug option to false. I just published an update that will set to debug equal to false for all users.
