Global trade search tool needs YOUR help.

By running our addon and client. Your guild listings as well as any item you seen by using guild store search function will be automatically upload to the site for other people to search and browse. The collected data will also be used to generate price info for everyone~

If you want to contribute more to the community or if you wish to help boosting up your guild's sale by uploading an entire guild's listings, you are more than welcome to do so!

Here are some screen shoots of the site, addon and client

Install Instruction:

1. Download and unzip the files under ESO addon folder (default is Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns) Or you can install it with Minion
2. When you are playing ESO, run the client executable (client.exe) under Client folder
3. Enjoy the game

In game API
1. To get TTC's price info simply do TamrielTradeCentrePrice:GetPriceInfo(itemLink)
This will return a TamrielTradeCentre_PriceInfo Object
Code:
{
       Avg,
       Max,
       Min,
       EntryCount, --# of listings
       AmountCount, --total # of items
SuggestedPrice --suggested price low. Suggested high = SuggestedPrice * 1.25
}
2. To get TTC's internal item information (various internal Ids)
TamrielTradeCentre_ItemInfo:New(itemLink)

Q:How does this addon work?
The addon collects all the item listings that you seen in the guild store and uploads them to the site. The site then uses all the data collected by all players to generate price info for everyone.
You can also use the website to search for the location of an item using way better filter than the default Guild store GUI. But it is not guarantee the item is still there since low price items tends to get sold fast. You will have to use your own judgment based on the last seen column to predict whether its still available.

Q:How is the suggested price calculated?
1. Remove outliers
2. AVG(price of the lowest 30% items) * 0.8

Q:Whats the difference between MM's price and TTC's price?
TTC uses the listing price and the MM uses sold price. By statistic and Economic, those two numbers should align given enough sample set

Q: How fresh is the pricing data?
Very fresh! Naw im kidding, its based on Data from yesterday

Q: How big is TTC
It uses around 6mb of RAM for pricing info and around 20mb at most for entries you have seen.

a) Price not showing in store page when AGS is enabled
b) UI error when trying to purchage item when AGS is enabled
2. Updated the logic for personal listings to be consistant with community scanned ones. Last seen for personal listings will only get updated when user opens the guild store and click on the listings tab or when user lists new item/remove existing item from the store. (Used to be based on user's last login. However ZOS's API seems to skip some entries and thus causing the cached version to be unreliable. Causes more confusion than good to use the login time due to this)
3. Fixed an issue causing price to chat to show up multiple times when the language of the current client's locale is selected
4. Uses sub menu for price to chat when there is more than one language selected
5. Removed the one time guild store scan due to point 2

Client 3.22 Release Notes:

3. Added the ability to do price to chat in different languages regardless of client's locale

Known issue: The new ESO Guild Store UI has a bug which it will not update the UI listings when the search is initiated with API calls. Thus you are going to see the search result panel stay the same thru out the whole scan process.

P.S. New items will be added in batch. Thanks for your patience.

Need Help

I seem to be having a glitch of some kind. TTC won't load on my laptop or work with the add-on in game. But, if I use my phone (connected to the same wifi) it works. Something seems to have changed on my laptop. I've used different browsers, messed with my firewall, etc but still no success. Any suggestions or experience with a glitch like this?

It is a definite possibility. In order for MM to capture all of the things I track purchases, canceled sales, posted sales, and listed items at traders, I have to have separate routines for AGS or without. Although there is a chance that capturing listings from a kiosk may not matter when simply recording the information. Meaning it can be captured regardless and the code can just check for duplicates. I on the other had want to track everything so I use the special routines the author of AGS provides.

Sale data such as guild or personal sales all comes from LibHistoire. That is not affected by AGS in any way.
Had been a while. If i remembered right AGS swallows the original item purchased event and spit out a new one with modified info. Specifically the original item UUID got replaced by AGS' ID. TTC uses the UUID as an ID so if the given ID is not found TTC will just ignore it. I remember AGS author said that he was working on fixing that so i didnt bother making a separate code path for it. Havent been following it for a while so im not sure if he got the fix in. need to test it out when i have some time.

It is captured. Though i vaguely recall this breaks if you are using AGS since the event is not properly firing.
So, to clarify, if a player uses Awesome Guild Store to access a Guild Store via a Guild Trader (or via a Banker), then their purchase event(s) cannot be recorded by the Tamriel Trade Centre add-on?

That seems a bit weird to me since the TTC add-on records search results returned to AGS by the mega-server, doesn't it? Frankly, I have no idea how it does that, but I'm not asking for an explanation.

For MM 3.6.x I use both vanilla and AGS routines to capture posted items for sale, any canceled item that didn't sell, purchases, and trader listings. I also separate this by megaserver.

I am happy to help make things more reliable and test both vanilla and AGS to ensure it is working. Can you point me in the right direction as to where the information is captured?

Also, I switch between EU and NA to test MM and I am noticing that it is sort of hit or miss as to when the EXE will tell me the server changed. I will restart it, but sometimes I will have already opened and closed the EXE and then it still tells me that the region changed.

EDIT: I tried the 4 steps below which included deleting the price Lua file and that did not resolve the issue. After I logged in, played around with a few things, then had to reload the UI, only then did it popup the message that the megaserver had changed. I opened the EXE and then it started looking at everything I had seen at the kiosks.

Is there a way to fix that? or at least make sure to have the right price on the right server?
There are many technical difficulties when it comes to server switch so it was left out. The way to fix it right now is to

1. Login to ESO and enter the server region
2. Delete PriceTable.lua inside TTC's folder
3. Restart TTC Client
4. ReloadUI
Hello,

do we have to do this operation each time the server is changed?
If so, could you create a switch for us?
Sharlikran offers us a link to the TTC suggested price with information from MM but if we do not know how to change the server it is only used on one of the two.

I know that it is possible to capture and record purchases, because some add-ons do that. One is the Shopping List add-on that is currently included with Master Merchant 3.6.50. For several months in the past a developer offered an add-on called Purchases, but eventually stopped maintaining it. It might still be available on ESOUI.

TTC client does not interact with any program at all. It only reads the text file ESO generates so it shouldnt cause any of the symptoms you mentioned.

Smile Removing Purchased Items from Search Results

Im now trading on both EU and NA so i have to close it/open it again when i do switch, however i forget as i don't always see the message to tell me that im on the "incorrect region please close out the client and restart" as it sometimes gets hidden behind the game/logon screen itself,

i use to see a small box with a list of posted/removed items when the application was open & i minimized it manually

is it possible to reverse these settings back to default, where i see the window itself, if so how do i go about this?

i uninstalled the addon, deleted saved variables, (with the game completely closed) so make sure it was gone with a clean slate, reinstalled everything, but it still remembers my settings to open with the launcher, is there something i am missing to fully get it back as if im installing it for the very first time?

the main annoyance is not being able to return to the client window any longer to change preferences, & that the launcher pops up everytime i restart it between servers.

i hope that made any sense its been driving me nuts trying to figure it out myself. overall great addon,
Click on the little up arrow on the bottom right of your system tray. Then double click on the TTC's icon and the UI will show up
