No Green Incap
Version: 1
by: Ace'r [More]
No Green Incap is an addon that replaces the green variant of the texture for Incapacitating Strike.

The green incap texture was added in Update 19 to show that the ultimate will stun (which is when you have >120 ultimate).
Some people have expressed their dislike for this new texture.
I have created this addon to cater to those people who wish to change it to something else (including not having the texture change at all).

The addon currently has 16 textures (8 colour-related and 8 non-colour related) to pick from, which are named below:
  • Non-colour Related: Original, Saturated, Blurred, Vignette, Glow, Flip, Sharpen, Noise
  • Colour Related: Orange, Pink, Blue, Inverted, Red Background, Black Background, White Background, Gradient Background
  • Every texture can be seen in the screenshots section on this page

The texture to use is selected via the settings menu for the addon, which can be reached either through the regular escape menu method, or by using the /incap command.

Important Information:
  • A full game restart is required to update the texture being used (a reload UI will not work).
  • The settings menu contains a preview button. Clicking this will temporarily set the image of the ultimate ability slot to whatever the selected texture is.
  • This will replace whatever ultimate is currently slotted (not just incap) and will do it at any amount of ultimate.
  • The texture preview will be cleared if the current bar is swapped or the ultimate slotted is changed.

Several years ago, Blizzard Entertainment implemented a "colorblindshader" feature in World of Warcraft. With it, the player can specify a setting, according to which of the eight varieties of color-blindness which the player has inherited. Those are discussed extensively in an article on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color_blindness

Thank-you for your addon!!
