Just a simple LanguageSwitcher because i always forget the command to switch languages ingame

usage:

/language -> prints all available languages in chat
/language REGION_CODE -> uses a language for the ui and reloads

thats it. nothing more

The original merTorchbug is outdated yes.
But there exists an updated version, which is maintained by myself and got many new features:
