This was designed for zh to fix incorrect skill, CP, and set effect descriptions
Although it can work in any language, players who play ESO in English will most likely not need this addon.


I've only written part of correction text for zh and have no plans to write for other language by my own.
If you do need to customize it, please let me know and I'll write up how to write the lang files to change the description below!

I learn a lot from English Tooltip at first. But in the process of trying, I found it much harder to modify description than item or skill name. It took even more time to make it behave like the original.
