PersonalAssistant (Banking, Junk, Loot, Repair)  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: 2.4.11
by: Klingo, NTak

PersonalAssistant V2

There are already many addons out there that support Auto-Repair or Auto-Gold-Deposit functionalities, but none of them had the features I'd like to have seen. Because of that, PersonalAssistant was born.

After a two year long break from ESO, I finally managed to complete the major refactoring that started back in 2017. But not only that, I also added many more features that I could not even have thought of back then. I hope you will have as much fun using this addon, like I had working on it!

PA General
  • Up to eight different account-wide profiles that can be renamed
  • Shortcut to travel to your home (if available)

PA Banking
  • Currencies (gold, alliance points, ...) can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank
  • Crafting materials can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank (if you are not ESO Plus Subscriber)
  • Create your own custom rules and decide how many of each item to keep in bank or inventory
  • Other selected items such as motives, recipes, writs, glyphs, trophies etc. can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank
  • Select if items with [Intricate] trait should be transferred from/to the bank
  • Define a specific amount of lockpicks, repair kits or soul gems to always keep in inventory or the bank
  • Be always ready for Cyrodiil and define how many AvA items to keep in inventory

PA Integration
  • Limited support for FCO ItemSaver regarding "Marked for selling" and "Locked" marks

PA Junk
  • Trash items can be marked as junk
  • Items with the "sell to merchant" information can be marked as junk
  • Treasures (such as the ones found when stealing) can be marked as junk
  • Items with [Ornate] trait can be marked as junk
  • Weapons, Armor, Jewelries, or Glyphs below a certain quality level can be marked as junk (quality threshold can be defined)
  • Junk can be sold at merchants and fences
  • Save time and use keybinding shortcuts to mark items as junk or directly destroy them
  • Mark any item as permanent junk so you never have to deal with it again
  • Items with no sell value can also be destroyed instead of marked as junk

PA Loot
  • Informs you when an unknown recipe is looted
  • Informs you when an unknown motif/page is looted
  • Informs you when an item with a not yet researched trait is looted
  • Informs you when you are running out of inventory space (threshold can be defined)
  • Visually indicates if a recipe, motif, trait, or style page is known (or not) to the current character

PA Repair
  • Repairs your items for you when you visit a merchant (threshold can be defined)
  • Repairs your items out on the field when you have (non-crown) repair kits available (threshold can be defined)
  • Recharges your weapons when they run out of charges and you have filled soul gems available
  • Informs you when you are running out of soul gems, or repair kits (thresholds can be defined)

Question Auto-Destroy Junk Rules?

Any plans to add "destroy rules", like you have with "junk rules"?
Things we can add to a list that get automatically destroyed if we loot them?

I know there's already functions to "auto-destroy junk" that is worth 0 gold.
But... I'd rather be able to modify/edit a list as necessary. Just like with my junk rules. There are items I prefer not to destroy that are 0g if sold. So I can't use those options.

Edit/Update: I've installed JunkBuster too and it does what I'm requesting. Just stinks to use more than one addon that do similar things! Haha. I hope you'll consider including the auto-destroy rules, too.

Feature requests

This is looking great! I have been banking my stuff manually for a bit now since the other addons seem to miss too much. If anything in my list has been covered already, I apologize.

1. Deposit Armor and Weapons (clothing, blacksmithing, jewelry).
2. Misc items "Trash" items used for quests ("Foul Hide", "Carapace", "Daedra Husk" for the crow daily quest)
3. Option to keep x amount and deposit the rest. For instance, I want to keep 200 lock picks on each alt but the rest can go to the bank.
4. Other items that did not transfer
a. Attribute Respecification Scroll (Crown item)
b. Crown Repair Kit (I want to deposit only the crown ones)
c. Leniency Edicts (Scroll)
5. Ability to rename profiles
6. Ability to import settings from another profile. Then I can change only a couple of items and save as a new profile.

Permanent junk rules

Permanent junk rules doesn't apply to crafting materials and traits you get from destroyed items.

If the others are adjustable, why not move them?

If you are also using "InventoryGridView", then there is an option in PA to choose the "corner" where the icon should be displayed. It will also try to "guess" the best corner based on other installed addons. For the normal "list view" however this is currently not supported.

Hi!

Could we get an option to move the position of the inventory icon from the personal assistant loot module? The one that shows if a motif, recipe, or trait is known or unknown? In it's default position it overlaps with other addon icons and while the others are adjustable, PA is not. =<

Thank you kindly!

Tricky part is that sometimes you can get valuable recipes from writs that you don't necessary want to junk.
Yes, definitely. I meant specific low value recipes not worth selling which it looks like there's now PA junk option for.

Theoretically you could make custom banking rules for these; e.g. define that the bank stack must be == 5 and as soon as you have 6 it would withdraw one.
I'll play round with the custom rules. What I meant was, as soon as the stack is 5+, withdraw to backpack.

Thanks again for this. Love it.

The pictures don't load for me, so it's a bit difficult to answer... my guess: You have the Clockwork City Quest Item Protection turned on - in that case certain "Trash" items are not marked as junk (because they are needed for a daily quest).

PA Junk

Why is the "garbage" not sent to the trash when this option is enabled in the setting? Is it necessary to create a "rule" for him?

Which verison of PersonalAssistant do you have installed? This is only possible from 2.4.0 onwards.
And is "PersonalAssistant Junk" enabled in the addons list?
Also, where is the item? The options will only show up in the Backpack and the Bank (but not e.g. in the Guild Bank).

The banking rules are executed in a certain order - if you have conflicting rules then it can happen that e.g. an item is deposited first and then withdrawn again due to another rule; depending on which rules are conflicting.

Currently, the order of rule execution is as follows:
  1. Rules from the "Crafting Items" section
  2. Rules from the "Special Items" section
  3. Rules from the "AvA Items" section
  4. Rules from the "Individual Items" section (i.e. your manually defined individual item rules)

In future, the order most probably will be like this (ordered from generic to specific):
  1. Rules from the "Crafting Items" section
  2. Rules from the "Special Items" section
  3. Rules from the "AvA Items" section
  4. Rules from the "Advanced Items" section (i.e. your manually defined advanced item rules)
  5. Rules from the "Individual Items" section (i.e. your manually defined individual item rules)
  6. Rules from the PAIntegration section with the FCOIS-Tags
Potentially with the FCOIS tags, these items can be excluded from previous rules to even be touched - but for the other rules it can happend that an items is moved back-and-forth.
Yes, I have the most recent version installed.
Everything is Enabled.
Tried in the backpack and bank, still doesnt show the option to mark the recipes as permanent junk.

Is there something Im missing? I can PAJunk every item except for recipes

Similar to the other FCOIS tags so far; in PAIntegration there will be section per tag where you can choose in a dropdown what should happen. E.g. for "Marked for Deconsutrction" you can choose between "Do nothing", "Deposit to bank", and "Withdraw to backpack". There will be no further differentiation made that e.g. only weapons marked for deconsutruction should be deposited, but not jewelries.
Will these rules supercede other custom banking rules in the event of conflict? eg an item matches a custom banking rule but has a FCOIS tag with an associated rule. Maybe an option to 'stop processing rules' with FCOIS integration at the top of rules processing?

Only indirectly; you can mark a specific recipe as permanent junk (right-click on it and then under "PAJunk").
Creating generic rules is not really viable here because of how dynamic the values of recipes are - one green recipe might only be worth 20g, while another green recipe can be 500g. Obviously you would not want the 2nd one to be marked as junk as well.
I cant PAJunk, the option doesnt show when I right click.
