The addon doesn't have any settings to change. With the tip board, you need to have done the initial quest to unlock other quests with the addon turned off (this is being fixed in an upcoming update), then you just need to keep trying to get quests from the quest board until you get the Coveted Countess. The addon will just stop you getting any other quests from it but it can take quite a few attempts to get the Countess quest.
