E2: Alright I think it might be FTCs fault. Did a handful of dungeons with LUIE now and not once did the regen bar disappear..will be doing plenty more dungeons during the event so if it breaks I'll be back

I will wait for the bug to be reproduced using FTC for a while
I'd like to fix it and update it
