PersonalAssistant (Banking, Junk, Loot, Repair)  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: 2.5.7
by: Klingo [More]

PersonalAssistant V2

There are already many addons out there that support Auto-Repair or Auto-Gold-Deposit functionalities, but none of them had the features I'd like to have seen. Because of that, PersonalAssistant was born.

After a two year long break from ESO, I finally managed to complete the major refactoring that started back in 2017. But not only that, I also added many more features that I could not even have thought of back then. I hope you will have as much fun using this addon, like I had working on it!

PA General
  • Up to twenty different account-wide profiles that can be created/copied/deleted/renamed *NEW* (2.5.0)
  • Shortcut to travel to your home (if available)

PA Banking
  • Currencies (gold, alliance points, ...) can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank
  • Crafting materials can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank (if you are not ESO Plus Subscriber)
  • Create your own custom rules and decide how many of each item to keep in bank or inventory
  • Other selected items such as motives, recipes, writs, glyphs, trophies etc. can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank
  • Select if items with [Intricate] trait should be transferred from/to the bank
  • Define a specific amount of lockpicks, repair kits or soul gems to always keep in inventory or the bank
  • Be always ready for Cyrodiil and define how many AvA items to keep in inventory

PA Integration
  • Limited support for FCO ItemSaver regarding "Marked for selling" and "Locked" marks

PA Junk
  • Trash items can be marked as junk
  • Items with the "sell to merchant" information can be marked as junk
  • Treasures (such as the ones found when stealing) can be marked as junk
  • Items with [Ornate] trait can be marked as junk
  • Weapons, Armor, Jewelries, or Glyphs below a certain quality level can be marked as junk (quality threshold can be defined)
  • Junk can be sold at merchants and fences
  • Save time and use keybinding shortcuts to mark items as junk or directly destroy them
  • Mark any item as permanent junk so you never have to deal with it again
  • Items with no sell value can also be destroyed instead of marked as junk

PA Loot
  • Informs you when an unknown recipe is looted
  • Informs you when an unknown motif/page is looted
  • Informs you when an item with a not yet researched trait is looted
  • Informs you when you are running out of inventory space (threshold can be defined)
  • Visually indicates if a recipe, motif, trait, or style page is known (or not) to the current character

PA Repair
  • Repairs your items for you when you visit a merchant (threshold can be defined)
  • Repairs your items out on the field when you have (non-crown) repair kits available (threshold can be defined)
  • Recharges your weapons when they run out of charges and you have filled soul gems available
  • Informs you when you are running out of soul gems, or repair kits (thresholds can be defined)

Hi,

Thanks for this excellent addon !!!

Is there any way I can achieve the same as PA Banking with a Guild Bank ? I'd like some stuff to auto-move around.

Cheers!

This looks an excellent addon that will allow me to stop sing several old and unmaintained addons. Thank you!

A couple of issues I noticed (all other addons were disabled, and done a reloadui):

1) When turning on the "Enable Auto Banking for AvA Items" I get:

Code:
user:/AddOns/PersonalAssistant/PersonalAssistantBanking/Menu/PABankingMenuFunctions.lua:435: attempt to index a nil value
stack traceback:

2) In the English "en" localization, the banking settings heading "Motives" should probably be "Motifs".

Thanks again for what looks like a very useful addon. Please let me know if you can't reproduce the above, and I'll do what I can to track it down.

But i also know these kits are annyoing when they pile up in inv, thats why i use them as soon as possible, and destroy the rest. The cost is around 60 gold from shops, so 1 crown kit is around 420 worth of gold. Nothing to care about.
He can do a crown repair kit check at first and avoid all calculations if there is 0 crown repair kits, that won't eat memory or performance...
+ I have to manually disable "Repair with gold" when I have crates and it annoys me

Can you make a hierarchy setting like for the "recharge weapons with soul gems" section ?
e. g. The ability to repair with Crown Repair Kits until empty then Repair Kits until empty then gold.
That would be awesome!

EDIT: I read the comments and I am aware of the problem, I will try to to find a solution on when to automatically use the Crown repair kits.

EDIT2: What do you think about that?

Re: Re: Sell Junk does not count each item

Can it be that you have set up contradicing rules?
Please check in PABanking settings you have enabled be "AvA" banking rules, and also created a custom rule for e.g. the Repair Kit.
Repair Kits have AvA Rules? Or was it just a bad example? I mean i have manually created a rule for Repair Kits yes, but i dont remember a rule in the settings for them.

Anyway, it might come in combination with a special behaviour, i didnt had it at all, or at least much much less for the last few days, maybe even 2 weeks. And i dont play like usually, i only farm Sticker-book since release. I had the idea, maybe it happens, if you are in the selling screen to nuzi, split pots and sell one of the splitted stacks, like you have 80 in inv, split it to 50 and 30, and sell 30 in one UI dialogue. But i tested that specific case, and it worked fine. Before, it happened nearly every time i did that kind of action before.

Also maybe it was because of some strange item you have in inventory. Before, all chars were full of crap, now they each just have around 20 items with them.

EDIT3: There is an image above ^^^^^^^ but that isn't displayed when you browse on mobile
+ a slider for the user to fine tune would be a better idea than my 5% 10% 15% choices.

I'm not sure how to search for individual addons, so i hope this hasnt been asked about too much. lol

How or is it possible to setup items to be banked that are researchable by another character?

If not, whats easiest way to set up a rule to auto move all green/blue items to my bank? i seem to not be able to figure that out.

loving this so far with what is setup for me

thanks!

Could it be possible to add a dropdown with the profiles on the banking custom rules window so it's easier to manage them? and possible an option to copy just the custom item rules between profiles.

Personal Guild Bank

Any chance you can add a Move/Pull from Guild Bank option? I make use of a personal guild bank which has extra space for me to use with my 8 chars. I use Bank Manager that has that option, but your addon has allot more granular option.
Thanks

Hi, and its good to see its not just an issue for me. I was thinking maybe to remove my saved vars and start new but I really did not want to do that.

Hi Klingo

Would it be possible to add a new Stacking rule when depositing (and why not withdrawing too):
"Do not move full stacks"
(but move if not full)

Would be nice feature for handling crafting materials.

Again, thanks for your time on this. It's a great addon.

I checked AVA Repair banking rule is enabled and i have Backpack == for my quantity on wood and wall, other two are at 0. As for a custom rule well, your addon is smartly coded and there is no option for it when you right click on these items

Perhaps I should have shown a more diverse set of image examples.

Like a bunch of green known recipes in the bank, rule is set so known go in the bank and unknown pull to backpack. One time I saw they were all withdrawn and on the next bank interaction 1 min later they were all put back in.

I can investigate more just I have run out of ideas.

Here is an image with 2 consecutive bank interactions, there are no dual rules for these items, I checked,
the only transfers correct were the motif to the bank and the 4 lockpicks to to backpack (2 then another 2)

Edit: so after logging in after a few hours and only interacting with the bank this was the result at the bank interface. it has corrected the prior item backpack rule imbalance.
I sort have an idea the problem is where there is one or more items in the backpack that requires topping up but the item index is for some reason corrupted and it just moves something else. But that is is just my best guess

I remarked this only, because I transfered this item manually to the trash. I would apprreciate
if you could list each sold stack in a single line like you do while transferring items to the bank.
Unfortunately, I still never have been able to reproduce this issue on my sice.
A single line per sold item is technically not possible, because PAJunk just triggers the game's internal function to sell all junk items; thus the addon does not even know what exactly is getting sold - it can only compare how much money you had before, and how much you had afterwards.
Why this is not correct in your case, I unfortunately still don't know :-(
