X4D Bank

X4D Bank is a LibStub-compatible Add-On that performs regular Bank deposits.

Features
  • Auto-Deposit Gold, either fixed amount or percentage.
  • Specify a Reserve Amount, and optionally Auto-Withdraw to maintain your Reserve.
  • Specify Deposit Down-Time, such as depositing Gold only once an hour.
  • Auto-Deposit Items by filling incomplete stacks in your bank..
  • Deposit and Withdraw based on Item Type.
  • Options UI for easy configuration.

Planned Features
  • Display Gold Deposit output, currently relies on X4D Loot (or any similar add-on) for displaying Balance Changes.

Installation

First, make sure you have the latest X4D Core installed.

As with most Addons, simply open the Archive and copy the contents into "%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\Addons\" folder.

If ESO is already running, execute /reloadui command.

Is there any possible way we could get per-character settings?

That is, I have some mules and a crafting characters that don't need to be pulling funds from the bank reserve. While I could just disable the addon, I'd like to be able to keep the auto-deposit feature on them. :<

Great addon, one question though.

The Bank Stuffer by beeradg addon works for items, regardless of the protected API?

Do you mean the functions you want to use are in a private space? Protected(s) seem to be ok to use?

It appears the new options aren't saving.

If I try to turn off auto-deposit items, start new stacks, and auto-withdraw reserve, the settings revert as soon as I leave the options pane.

The other options still save normally.

I'm using bank manager for bank handling, and x4d bank for the gold.

1. x4d bank doesn't seem to remember me turning off the depositing of items.
2. For some reason x4d bank does not seem to deposit gold anymore. I've set my reserve to 1000 and it does withdraw gold if I have less than 1k, but it never deposits the excess.

(also, bank manager seems to have no issues filling incomplete stacks)

Talking Features and Fixes

Based on feedback from users:

v1.4
- Fix bug with boolean options not being read/saved correctly.

v1.3
- Settings are now Per-Character, or Account-Wide, you decide.
- Now performs bank deposits, thanks to users pointing out several add-ons which already make protected API calls.

Additionally, if you also use X4D Chat the latest version will add time-stamps to all Bank output.

Reserve & Deposit

If a reserve is set, would you consider making auto-deposit take that into consideration?

Example: Reserve is set for 2,500 gold. 4,000 gold in inventory.

Auto-Deposit Percentage = 100%

Currently, you'd open your bank and nothing would happen because 100% of your inventory would be 4,000 gold and that would violate your reserve.

Proposed, when set to 100%, it subtracts your reserve, if any, and deposits the rest. Or if you prefer to keep the functionality the same, perhaps an "Auto-Deposit Over Reserve" ON

As it stands there is no clean way to deposit everything except your reserve on each visit unless I'm missing something.

Thoughts?

Thanks for all your Addons, X4D.

Talking v1.5 Reserve & Deposit changes

Here are the new rules for "Fixed Amount" and "Percentage" deposits:

Of your carried gold, any reserve you set is subtracted. This is considered your 'available for deposit' amount. In you scenario, this equates to 1,500 gold.

If you set a "Fixed Amount" that exceeds the available amount, the entire available amount will be deposited. Thus, if you configured a Fixed Amount amount of 2,000 gold, 1,500 would be deposited. (The previous behavior was that no deposit would be made.)

If you set a "Percentage" it will be applied to your 'available' balance (not your entire carried amount.) This means that setting a value of 100% will ensure all non-reserved gold will be deposited to your bank. (The previous behavior was that the percentage was applied to your entire carried balance, if the deposit amount would exceed your reserve no deposit would be made.)

Thanks for the suggestion I like the new behavior myself.

Great addition, it ALMOST makes me uninstall bank stuffer. However..

I would want to have the addon deposit armor/weapon trait items, such as Almadine or Diamonds for example. But currently, armor/weapon items seems to encompass both actual gear and trait items.

Just as a test I withdrew a stack of almadine from the bank, set armor items to deposit. And behold, both the almadine and any loose armor I had in the inventory were deposited. Sure, I usually deposit light/medium armor for my clothier to deconstruct, but I do this manually and I want to keep my heavy armor in the inventory of my blacksmith.

I love the fact that the deposits/withdrawals show the item icons though.

Yeah.. been working on a new version for an hour or so now, added a few groups, shuffled some item types into existing groups and have been testing over a few mules. I'll be uploading in a few minutes

Great, will be trying it out after work.

Not that I don't like Bank manager (not bank stuffer, used that one earlier but didn't like it. Every time I install a bank handling addon, there is a better one around the corner, lol), it's a great addon. But I have far too many addons, it's nice to get rid of a few :P

Ever thought of making a compilation of all your addons into one? :P

That is the plan, yes. But I still need to do one other thing before I bother, and I don't want to rush it.

Suggestion

Color code the drop down selections Leave Alone, Deposit, Withdraw. This will help that long list from looking like a wall of text.
