SkyShards

Adds map pins for skyshards to the world map and compass.


In-game configuration is in the SETTINGS -> Addon Settings -> SkyShards menu,
or use command /skyshards

How to manually install addon:
  1. Go to the "Elder Scrolls Online" folder in your Documents
    Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\<version>\
    (replace <version> with the client you're using - "live" or "liveeu")
  2. You should find an AddOns folder, if you don't, create one.
  3. Extract the addon from downloaded zip file to the AddOns folder
  4. Log into the game, and in the character creation screen, you'll find the Addons menu. Enable your addons from there.

- Because there is no wayshrines in Imperial City, Imperial City Skyshards will always be shown in this mode.

Do you use the old No Thank You addon? That's a known bug with it.
If so, uninstall it and install the updated version here: (should be findable on Minion too)

While collecting the last skyshard in any region I get a massive lua error, >> 80 per second, >> 1000 errors until logging out.
Is this a problem of "Skyshards" addon? Or a known interaction with other addons?

No, problem is the data is missing the achievement id for the Southern Elsweyr skyshards so the code that normally updates once it detects a change in said achievements isn't running. Easy fix once AM has a chance to update it.

Just adding to this. Reloading the UI helps, but the issue returns the next time a Skyhard is collected.

1) skyshard count need to be updated for Dragonhold dlc
2) black skyshard pin still on the map even after picking it up, and with Show collected shards option OFF

not working

the add on shows up on the main menu but when i get in game it doesn't show up in my add-ons in settings and the filters and map markers don't show up

Actually, that info has been collected each time skyshards were added.

This would need you to collect, in addition to the map coordinates of the skyshards, ALL information about the skyshards like "are they in a delve", "are they in a pub dungeon" etc.
This data is not collected afaik and thus the prerequisites are not met.

So there are most likely many addons with pins which overlay each other.
The load order of the addons, reached with ## OptionalDependsOn: <OtherAddonName>, could fix this for you if you change it locally. Add the addon that should load BEFORE (and this show his pins below others) to Skyshards/Lorebooks ## OptionalDependsOn: tag and try if it helps.

The map markers doesn't appear on my map even after i deleted the shader cache and started the game, the text boxes still appear when i hover over where a skyshard is supposed to be, but the icon itself doesn't show

Hello,

I have also this issue for one of my guild mates, he just install it, but can't see the shard, only when he hover over one.

He has try what you said, but problem is still there.
