Urich's Skill Point Finder  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: 5.0.3

Description
Have you ever been in a situation where you need more skill points but you have no idea where to get them? Well today is your lucky day! Urich's Skill Point Finder provides a graphical interface showing all of the skill points you have (and haven't) earned throughout the entire game. You can show or hide the window by binding a hotkey or by entering the slash command. Slash command information is below.

Localization
Localization for German, French, and Japanese is included in version 4.0.0. I speak only English so I am very sorry if a translation is incorrect. My only available source was Google Translate. Please message me if you see a translation that can be improved or shortened where space is an issue. Also feel free to provide a complete translation for another language if you would like to see it added to a future update.

Slash Commands
  • /uspf - Show or hide the USPF window.
  • /uspf help - Display help information in the chat window.

Known Issues/Complications
  1. There was reportedly some issue in the past with public dungeon group boss events not properly awarding skill points upon completion. This may result in the USPF UI showing more skill points than you actually have. If this is the case for you, it means that you were shorted a skill point by the game.
  2. The Folium Discognitum is a scroll that awards two skill points on use. Because the Folium is a scroll and not a book, it is not possible to determine if if you have earned those points besides comparing the number of earned skill points with the number of expected skill points + 2. There is an override in the settings menu if this information is not correct for your character.
  3. There are skill points awarded upon completion of "Broken Bonds" and "The Mind Trap" for Morrowind and Summerset characters respectively. There are override options in the settings menu for these skill points if this information is not correct for your character.

FWIW: BanditsUI has an option to tag the dungeons in the finder with completion info - quest done, HM completed, No Death, etc

I went ahead and did this myself:

If anyone else wants this, here's a download link to the USPF.lua file you need to replace within \Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\USPF\

I'm not sure about the security issues behind fake LUA mods, but if you don't trust downloading a random file from a stranger, you can edit the file yourself.
  1. Open \Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\USPF\USPF.lua with a nice editor like Notepad++ or VSCode (both free).
  2. Browse to line 630 inside USPF.lua
  3. Arrange them all yourself, making sure to update the first number in each line so that it counts up from 1 to 38. Or, copy paste the following code into line 630, replacing the original code:

Code:
		GDQ = {
			{1, zf("<<C:1>>", GZNBId(USPF.data.ZId.ZN.EP1)),	zf("<<C:1>>", GZNBId(USPF.data.ZId.GDN.FG1)),	USPF.ptsData.GD.FG1,	USPF.ptsTots.GD.FG1,	GetGDQuestTooltipText("FG1")},

Came here to suggest this. It would be better to highlight the dungeons in the Dungeon Finder that you still need skill points from, but I'd be happy if you just ordered them the way the Dungeon Finder has them:

You are correct about there being six shyshards but there are nine quest skill points that are awarded in the Southern Elsweyr zone. There are the six points you've mentioned but there are another three points that come from the Season of the Dragon epilogue. To earn those points you must complete both the Northern and the Southern Elsweyr questlines.

On the left side at the very top, you have a combobox, where you can choose all your characters.
I think, you just have to log in one time with each char after you installed the addon, and it works great.

tim99's answer is not an offline solution but it's as good as it's going to get. Database management and hosting costs time and money, neither of which I have in abundance. Sorry.

I'll look into adding the order from the dungeon finder as a sorting option for those. Probably won't be this patch but I have some time off work and school coming up. Thanks.
