Slasher
Version: 1.2.1
by: Shadowfen [More]
Slasher is a simple utility to add slash commands and key bindings for some useful actions:
* /rl - reload ui, (slash command only)
* /b - bring out/dismiss banker,
* /f - bring out/dismiss fence,
* /m - bring out/dismiss merchant
* /leave - leave group (slash command only)
* /home - port you to your primary residence (slash command only)

For the Holiday-specific (XP-enhancing) collectibles, it defines the following slash commands and keybinds for:
* /cake - Jubilee Cake (Anniversary Event)
* /mead - Breda's Bottomless Mead Cup (New Life Festival)
* /pie - The Pie of Misrule (Jester's Festival)
* /witch - Witchmother's Whistle (The Witches Festival)
Note that the Holiday-specific collectibles only increase your experience points acquired when their associated event is in progress.

For addon developers it adds:
* /run <lua code> - executes the <lua code> if possible
* /d <value> - displays the <value> (which might be the output of code) in chat
Please use these only if you know what you are doing.
1.2.1
  • API Bump
The /witch command still works for this latest Witches Festival.

1.2
  • Added the slash command (and keybind for) "go to primary home" - which is /home. When you use the command /home it will announce in the chat window which home you are transporting to. (Here you go, Fonkin!)
  • Added checking and error messages for trying to use collectibles (or a house) that you do not own.
  • Upgraded LibSFUtils to version 10.

1.1.4
  • API Bump

1.1.3
  • API Bump

1.1.2
  • Upgraded /cake to the Jubilee Cake 3. This means you must do the cake quest for the Anniversary Event this year in order to get the collectible that /cake will now be using. (Thank you Lady Hyde for finding the new cake id for me!)
  • Upgraded LibSFUtils to version 8.

1.1.1
  • API bump.
  • Upgraded LibSFUtils to version 7.

1.1
  • API bump.
  • Upgraded LibSFUtils to version 6.
  • Created a changelog for Slasher instead of just having a copy of PocketChange's changelog.

Thank you. I was just thinking I should search for the new id!

Yes, like /mead etc. Except it would use the current one. So right now it's use the mug, in April the pie.
Any suggestions of how I can find out when an event is going on? There's not necessarily a quest that I can check if active to know which memento to use...

Have /run because it uses /script - strictly a passthrough really. You could just use /script to do the same thing. /d also uses /script so I wanted a distinct command from it (and it helps that it is a shorter name ).

/d is actually surrounding what you pass (stuff) in with "d("..stuff..")" and passing that to /script.
