Important: You can't run Zygor's guide and this guide together. It is imperative that you disable Zygor's official guide from the Addon menu. If you run both, ESO becomes unstable. Don't worry though. This guide has everything Zygor's has and more!

Minor bug fixes and improvements by Hydra9268

On March 23, 2018, Zygor Guides announced that they would end support for their ESO guide. Later, via answers given on the forums, they confirmed they would not add a leveling guide for Summerset. Their guide is Public Domain with Zygor's blessing for the community to create guides. So I took it upon myself to create a Summerset guide for the ESO community.

Please note, I can provide some support for existing bugs. However, please remember that I did not author the tool nor those other guides, so my experience is limited to the Summerset guide. But I will try to patch up where possible.

Honestly, I don't mind the lorebooks/skyshards steps - but you could also remove them because eventually we have to go farm those in addition anyways if we need to lvl mage's guild and get skill points. The thing is, I actually like the current guides because they complete delves, so we don't have to go back in for the skyshards or books. How are you doing the Murkmire update?

If you want to cut down on the code, and specifically make it for leveling, then maybe for aesthetic reasons I can see removing it as a plus.

My bad, seemed to have missed your msg in reply to my issues with Bandit UI.

So the thing is, with LUI Extended addon I never had issues, but since I started using Bandit UI, every time the guide proceeds a step the map opens up and I have to click 'M' twice to remove it. How can I help you determine the issue?

Belated reply (my apologies). I saw that too. I noted the issue stemming from the MiniMap by Fyrakin addon when the map switches from zone to city and visa versa. I also saw this sluggishness out in the wilderness, but I believe that might have been a game engine hiccup. It could be a combination of that plus addons. Let me know if it's better, same, worst in the upcoming Murkmire guide release. Should be out tomorrow.

A belated reply (my apologies). I understand what you mean. I'll look into this. There are better addons out there for this so it's not really needed in this addon.

I have the latest Murkmire guide locked down and ready for release. So likely after.

Long term, should I remove the books and sky shards from the older guides or leave them?

An older post but this means I forgot a single quote. ' is how the Addon knows to display text otherwise it will try and process "watch" as a command. Anyhow, that should be resolved in the latest version. If not, let me know and I'll patch them up after Murkmire releases.

My friend and i use Zygor. After recently finding this, we were excited to load it. The only issue is after the character select screen, it goes to the spash screen with the EOS loading wheel. That wheel will stop and it will never drop into game. Remove this Summerset mod and Zygor works perfectly. Tried deleting Zygor and the saved Variables. I suspect one of those is opening the map when you complete tasks. However, to reproduce the effect you see, I need you to tell me what tasks are you completing and are they in Bandit or another addon? Help me reproduce your addon setup so I can track down the issue.

Hi. I've posted a recent update that includes disabling the GuideHandling.ZO_WorldMap_UpdateMap function call. Since Zygor no longer supports the addon -- and I'm the only person working on it -- I rely on all of you awesome people to help me make the addon better. Thanks!
