This tiny mod adds chat commands to switch UI language without changing audio nor reloading the whole game.

/l2XX where XX is the ESO supported language you want. Currently : de, en, fr, ru

i use it since a long time with /l2fr to start the game in English and switch the UI to play in VOST.
Maybe some people could find this useful so here it is.
