BreakReminder is a tiny addon that reminds you to have a break from time to time.
Having a break and a rest is important for players, and staying in front of your computer all the time is unhealthy.

Give your body a break every 90 minutes - can be configured -, install this addon !

Features:

Get reminded - every 90 minutes by default - about having a break
Configure the delay between each notification (from 5 minutes to 4 hours)
Define personalized reminders, so you don't forget things

If you enable account wide settings in the addon parameters, yes, then, the timer persists.
