Never seen that. But I seen the allegiance color request: if hostile - red, if ally - green

Not at the moment, may i ask how you'd like to lay them out (just curious).
i like to have the hp bar on top of the screen, next to the target hp bar

Could you have a look to see if the latest version updates weapon damage correctly for you?
I was using the wrong stat (STAT_WEAPON_POWER), but changed this to STAT_POWER in 1.0.1, which seems to work fine on my end.

Mine got stucked again when setting up the frames. After configuration it stoped working right...
Targetbar always showed up and had this funny text in it.
And the horse bar did not show up or showed up but did not update.

Also, you can move NPC titles under the bar too. And make target's name length equal to the bar length
