Edit/Update:
If I delete the saved variable PersonalAssistantJunk.lua, the issue goes away.
It seems the error is referencing table 4 of the junk saved variables, which appears to be the keybindings. Is that right?
Do you still have a backup of the faulty SavedVariables? If yes, could you please send them to me?

This is because that item is not yet added to your ESO Set Collection. You can turn this off in the PALoot settings if you want to.

Seeing as I installed WritWorthy's latest update today, and Dolgubon's Lazy Writ Crafter hasn't been updated since the 7th, I'm assuming these errors have to do with WritWorthy.
@Votan disagrees:
Version 7.0.0 will break Dolgubon's Lazy Writ Crafter (up to 3.0.4), because the way it includes the library can no longer supported....

For now, I've reverted to version 1.2.5. I've tested the newest version several times, and I was rarely getting notifications for the cp cooldown. At this point, I'd rather be having chat spam about it than not get it at all, you know?

This addon makes the text near the reticle lose its red coloring when looking at things that are stealable.
For example, if I'm looking at a container I could steal from, the text near the reticle says, "Steal From"... but it's white.
It's supposed to be red.
Please fix this. Believe it or no...
