If you are seeing no menu it is most likely an outdated addon that still packages libstub and libaddonmenu (and an outdated version of those) in their addon instead of using standalone libraries, which cause conflicts.

I deleted the saved variables and reinstalled the addon and nothing.
This has come up before, but at some point ZOS changed the code for how waypoint pins behave. Now to see the version II info you have...
