I also use Minion beta to manage my addons. When I update Research Assistant via Minion, it doesn't show up in my game though. I have to uninstall it and reinstall it manually.
Unfortunately minion is still working out some kinks. Be patient with it and someday...

The Character Specific tracking options now seem to be reseting to all on after a relog or reloadui.
i.e. I turn blacksmithing off and reloadui and it's set back to on :(

This addon is amazing. Good enough, in fact, that I believe it should be included in the default UI.
Are there any plans on extending the filtering to the Guild Store interface?
No. The guild store API is completely different and separated from the inventory. There are other add-ons that handle it, though.

CLS? What's that? Also I don't think any of those should interact badly with the filters. You mentioned you were running 0.2.0 at the time, but I did release a 0.2.1 relatively quickly after so maybe the bug was inadvertently fixed as I fixed a different filter-related bug :)

I had my soul gems marked and when I went to charge my weapon it blocked it. I found out the hard way that during a battle I can't recharge a weapon when marked. Doh!
I assume this is by design?
Alright this should be fixed! Also fixed my general oversight of that window for the filter functionality.
