Since the last ESO update, Skyshards show up in every zone upon zone in. If you go to the Filters in the Map and turn them off, then back on again, the claimed skyshards go away.
I have the same. And a similar problem with bosses. It is necessary to turn off and turn on the mark again so that the boss is displayed as done.
