For some reason, the addon window does not go away when you open the inventory or something else The Elder Bar is no Longer maintained. I switched to Bar Steward - Multi Toolbar ( https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info3375-BarSteward-MultiToolbar.html#info ). I hope this helps. Alas, but I don't like the design of this panel
