Transparent/no background only icons and text and such

https://ibb.co/9WrT5bw I tried everything, deleted cache file in live, resolution was set correctly, accessibility turned off, gamepad turned off, custom scaling is turned off, removed all addons leaving only perfectpixel and libaddonmenu-2.0 still nothing, restarted UI, restarted game, and still nothing! What am I doing wrong?
