Minimum space available in bank or backpack

Is it possible to set an option to always leave some space available either on bank or backpack for some manual deposits/withdraws.
i.e. I set the max deposits in a 200 slots bank to be 180. In that case I will always have 20 slots available in bank to deposit items I want to manually manage.
