Out of curiosity for clutters sake on my end. My guild does require Hodors for our team but i do find all the icons to be visually distracting,
Is there a way to turn off the icons but keep the regular functions of the addon?

Your apiversion is outdated, 100032 is very old.
Current one is 101032.
And if ODYSupportIcons is a needed requirement change the line from
## OptionalDependsOn: ODYSupportIcons
to
## DependsOn: ODYSupportIcons
so that your addon is not being loaded without that addon active!
