I got the same error as shadowpanther except that it popped up at line 199 instead of 191. I took a peek in the code and figured out why it isn't working. That part of the code checks for abilities that change duration based on their morph, but when you don't have the ability(Lightning Form or Daedric Curse) the script throws an erro...
