 Regular Map (when you click 'M') is in the top right corner

Whenever I click 'M' to open the map, it shows up in the top right corner where the minimap is. I re-size it and center it on my screen, but it resets when I exit and goes back up to the top right corner when I come and click 'M' again.
Is there a fix for this? I have tried reloading the UI multiple times.
