I tried everything, deleted cache file in live, resolution was set correctly, accessibility turned off, gamepad turned off, custom scaling is turned off, removed all addons leaving only perfectpixel and libaddonmenu-2.0 still nothing, restarted UI, restarted game, and still nothing! I think the FCOItemSaver.lua in SavedVariables just reseted completely today, totally randomly. But only this addon, no others. Yesterday i had all the icons and settings and all, now it seems like a fresh install. I suppose the data is lost and cannot be recovered since i didnt backup recently, right? :(
