Minor Protection - Temporal Guard

Been having an issue trying to add the minor protection buff (given from Temporal Guard) to the whitelist. The ability ID is shown as 103570 (after turning on the debug options). Trying to add this to the whitelist gives a chat message stating that it is not a valid abilityID.
